How is my order shipped?
All items are shipped via Courier to UK Mainland only: £6.99 up to 5kg and £9.99 up to 20kg and 40p a kilo there after.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently only take the following payment methods supplied by PayPal and Worldpay: Visa Credit, Vida Debit, Visa Electron, JCB, Maestro, MasterCard Credit and MasterCard Debit.

If I place an order today, when should I expect it to arrive?
Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt and delivered within 3 to 5 Working/business days thereafter depending on your shipping destination.
I already placed an order, what is the status?
Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email. To check the status or track your order, just log into your account page and select view previous orders.
What will this order look like on my credit card statement?
Your order from us will be billed by "Southcoast Hydroponics". If you have any questions when you get your bill, feel free to contact us.

Can my order be delivered outside the UK?
Sorry, orders can only be delivered to Mainland UK.
Can My order be delivered to a different address?
Sorry, Orders can only be delivered to confirmed addresses, i.e: The delivery address must be the same as the credit/debit card address and Mainland UK Only.
Customers please note that, all returns must be sent back in original state and packaging as when purchased. Please also note that returns need to be sent back by the customer as we do do not arrange returns, once we have received and inspected the goods we will then refund as necessary.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). To return any Items, please use the return feature in your account settings.
